We work closely with our network of independent contractors to track the work performed in your home. As part of the Quality Assurance program, we regularly conduct the following:

  • Surveys of customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up on customer concerns
  • Audits of sample repairs completed

In addition, we make sure the technicians working in your home meet strict guidelines, including:

  • Completion of state and local continuing education and/or licensing requirements
  • Perform repairs in accordance with the equipment manufacturers’ specifications, using only new replacement parts or materials
  • Maintain access to an inventory of parts to ensure timely service
  • Remove debris associated with any work performed and leave grounds neat and clean
  • Conduct business in a professional, prompt and efficient manner
